About RSB Property

A small landlord that does its own management.

RSB Property is the trading name of RSB Property Holdings Limited. We buy, improve, let and manage shared houses in Hull, all of them our own, one house today, with more as we buy and refurbish them. We do not manage property for other landlords, so the person who answers the phone is the person who owns the house.

01 · What we do

Lettings

One shared house in Hull, let direct to students and working tenants, with more to follow as we buy them. No agency fee, because there is no agency. You deal with the owner.

HMO management

Where a house we own needs an HMO licence we hold it and run the house ourselves: licensing, compliance, inspections, rent collection and repairs. No managing agent sits between you and us.

Development

Buying tired houses and bringing them back into use as good shared homes: rewires, new bathrooms, insulation and the paperwork that goes with it.

02 · How we work

Four standing promises

01We say the thing first. Rent, dates and costs are on the page before you have to ask.

02One figure a week, bills included, and a fair-use cap written into the tenancy rather than mentioned later.

03Repairs answered by the owner. Anything unsafe is attended the same day.

04Always a way back. If we have got something wrong, tell us and we will look at it.
