We own the house we let and manage it ourselves. Bills are included, deposits are protected, and repairs are answered by the person whose name is on the deeds.
One figure a week. Everything in it.
Every house is let on an assured periodic tenancy with bills included, so the weekly rent is the whole cost. Full-time students are exempt from Council Tax, we handle the exemption paperwork with the council for you.
Rent is collected monthly by standing order, on the same date every month. Nothing is taken by card and nothing is taken early.

One bathroom upstairs with a bath and shower over, a separate ground-floor WC, a living room at the front, a fitted kitchen and a dining area at the back, and a utility off the kitchen with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Both bedrooms are furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and desk.

One agreement for the group, five weeks deposit each into a protected scheme, and the certificate by email.

Keys, inventory photographs, meter readings and one phone number for everything after that.

We buy tired houses in Hull, bring them back into use as good shared homes, and let and manage them ourselves. One house so far, and more as we buy them.
